• Provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes • Troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux) • Provide conslutation to Walk in client • Provide Awesome Technical Support service • Follow up client issue and meet customer satisfaction • Review Customer feedback • Review on going technical issue • Review performance metrics from the previous month. • Analyze customer feedback received over the past month. • Evaluate the efficiency of current technical issue.
Candidates must possess bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer, or equivalent. At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position. Understanding of Linux system operation. Understand the concept of server administration with Linux. Have good understanding in Hosting/DNS/Server management. Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Certificate in IT (cloud hosting, OS related) & Web Hosting (control panel related) Have good communication and be able to work under pressure. Able to work with teams as well as individually. Can analyze server problems. Willing to work shifting schedule and capable to work during night shifts as needed.
