1. Handle orders by email and check orders have the correct price, discount, and product number. Handle requests for offers from customers from the Sales Team. 2. Prepare and issue Sales Order, and Invoices. Create invoice quotes for clients based on the client's needs. 3. Prepare and create a Sales Quotation. Make a price quote along with the terms and conditions that apply therein. 4. Update customer list. Store the most updated customer data such as invoices, bills, and the most up-to-date contact information. 5. Create a Delivery Order for sending goods. 6. Handling imports and export shipments via sea and air. 7. Request price offers from courier vendors. Check and analyses price differences between vendors. 8. Entering orders processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. 9. Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure delivery is on schedule. Track deliveries and update delivery status to clients. 10. Develop and maintain filing systems for sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. 11. Make daily report submissions, and track stock warehouse. 12. Create Purchase Request from Brand Department to suppliers or manufacturers
