- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction - Actively listen to clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and work to tailor services or products to meet those needs - Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling products or services to meet client needs and boost revenue - Work on strategies for client retention, addressing potential churn factors, and developing solutions to maintain long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree - Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus. - 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or a related field; experience in telco industry is often preferred - Easygoing and willing to communicate with others - Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think on your feet and address client concerns effectively - Ability to work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to coordinate account activities
