Coordinating the administration of leasing from LOO, LOI, PSM, LAF, RPT, leasing report, etc. Ensuring the target revenue and occupancy is fulfilled. Ensuring the area or vacant land in the mall to be a prospect area that can be leased and generate income. Supervise inputting LOI into the system. Expanding the tenant database, updating retail development, maintaining relationships with tenants.
