A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking, specifically in branch management. Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment. Demonstrated experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings. Extensive and well-established network within the region.
