Responsible for handling advanced troubleshooting of various security cases. Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for changing basic configuration & creating security report to ensure compliance & protection of security devices. Ensure compliance to SLA. Respond incident & change request tickets which cannot handled by L1, and ensure regular update to tickets is being performed. Received Escalation from L1 that has been categorized as actionable to be escalated. Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts environment
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. Practical experience or basic understanding of information security principles and best practices. Advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot security problem for various security devices. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with internal and external teams. Ability to work independently and in a team.
