1. Handle HR administration task, such as updating employee records, maintaining employee documentation (Personnel Files), preparing HR Reports 2. Responsible for employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, inculding private insurance, BPJSTK, BPJS Health and other benefit 3. Prepare general employment letter for employees 4. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations 5. Address and respond employee question and needs related to administration, policies, employee issues 6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department 7. Assist preparing Payroll data related administration 8. Perform other Human Resources duties as required
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields). 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles. 3. Familiarity with local labor laws and HR practices in Indonesia. 4. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and able to work under tight deadlines. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF), Word, PowerPoint. 6. Willing to work hybrid in South Jakarta and Depok. 7. Ability to work with various companies and adapt to different work environments. 8. Able to join as soon as possible.
