1. Lead and evaluate the execution of HC strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals, supporting both short- and long-term business targets. 2. Lead and evaluate the progress of cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support strategic HC changes. 3. Lead and evaluate the initiatives progress for employee growth, including succession planning, coaching, and skills development to build sustainable leadership. 4. Lead and evaluate the management of HC operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee well-being to foster a positive work environment. 5. Evaluate management analysis outcomes for the implementation of organizational change initiatives, including but not limited to restructures, HC system upgrades, and Hasnur Group work culture initiatives. 6. Propose policy/programs in HC to the Director/Head of Committee.
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in all major; Master’s degree preferred. 2. Solid 10 years of experience in Human Capital or HC Strategic, with a background in leading HC functions at a senior level. 3. Proven ability to formulate and execute HC strategies aligned with business goals, coupled with strong analytical skills to evaluate management outcomes. 4. Experience in leading sustainable organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives. 5. Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders. 6. Innovation-oriented and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
