Experience in modern trade (MT) channels, dealing with hardware stores, retail chains, or construction outlets. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred. Strong understanding of building materials, particularly mortar products, their application, and their technical aspects. Proven experience in driving sales within the building materials industry, managing pricing strategies, and executing promotions effectively. Ability to manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and larger retail or distribution partners. Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor products, and consumer needs within the construction and building materials sector. Field supervision experience, including overseeing store promotions, product displays, and managing relationships with retail partners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with modern outlet managers, customers, and internal teams.
