Market Analysis: Analyze trends and competitors to refine leasing strategies and pricing. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with tenants, address inquiries, and use CRM tools effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tenant relations, and property management to ensure smooth leasing processes. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain leasing records, prepare performance reports, and assist with sales target planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Have at least 5 years of experience in office building or other commercial real estate leasing, sales, or experienced in tenant relations/sales in hospitality industry. Experienced as property agent would be advantageous.
