Technical End User Support: Offer first line (L1) support for hardware, software and network issues. Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor and maintenance of ICT infrastructure on routine basis. Installation and configuration setup of hardware, software and network equipment. Security: Implement security protocols and monitor system for cyber threat. Documentation: Create and maintain inventory and detailed documentation for ICT system, configuration, incidents and procedures. Training: Assist in training staff on new technologies hardware and software. Network Management : Manage network system, including routers, switches and firewall.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields Have at least 3-5 years of experience as IT End User Support or Technical Support (L1 / L2). Knowledge of network protocols, server management and security best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates. Excellent communication and service skills. Have working experience with sharepoint, Cisco switches, wordpress, Ruckus access point etc. Deep knowledge about ICT Infrastructure. Knowledege hands-on experience of windows system, windows server, Macbook OS, Office 365, wordpress and sharepoint. Knowledge & hands-on experience of cisco switch, ruckus access point, Ip Phone Avaya, conference system logitec and Microsoft Teams.
