Translating documents from Bahasa to Mandarin and vice versa. Filing all translation records. Communicate with headquarters in case of system and operational issues. Offer translation assistance during internal division meetings. Fulfil additional assignments assigned by supervisors. Supervision of Customer Service and Telemarketing divisions Works closely with the Product Department, Business Development Department and other department.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Proactive, command good communication skills and logical analysis skills. Having experience minimum of 1 years in Fintech / Bank / Finance Industry Communicative and able to work as a team Analytical thinking & understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems Having HSK 5 certificate CV in English & Mandarin
