- Support relating with the end user support of Information Technology matters. - Support for deployment and maintenance of PC, Workstation, Telephony system, Audio/Video Call/Conference, IT Peripherals, Mobile Phone, for IT inventory, software and device assets, etc. - Accelerate solving problem. Some examples of such support are supporting the PC deployment or installment which need physical touch to the device directly, physically shutting down server that cannot be remotely controlled, verifying network equipment status (router, switch, etc.), and escorting a vendor to perform work on a server, network equipment, Multifunction Printer, Telephony, IT Office Facilities including Meeting Room Solution, etc. - Act as First level support can do task in site, if necessary, for any issues that cannot be resolved remotely and requiring visit to relevant location. - Diagnosing any IT related incident or service request from COMPANY, provide resolution or workaround to the incident, fulfillment of the service request.
- Minimum associate degree 3 in technical (Information System or Technology preferable). - Three (3) years experiences as IT Support. - Familiar with Microsoft Windows Environment (Active Directory, Application Server, Windows client, and any other Microsoft products/services, etc.). - Good communication in English both speak and written. - Easy going and flexible personality traits. - Eager to explore more and study the new things about IT system. - Has good spirit to support and help others, and good sense to provide the best service for end-users. - No concern for traveling to any COMPANY premises if required.
