Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience or coursework in business analysis or related areas is a plus (min. 2 years) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
