Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist with expense reports and reimbursements. Manage the family's schedule, coordinating appointments, activities, and events. Assist with childcare arrangements, including finding and communicating with caregivers. Handle household tasks as needed, such as making appointments, running errands, or organizing family events. Provide support and assistance to family members as required.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies or related field. Applicants must be at least 25 years old but no older than 32. Proven experience as a secretary or Personal Assistant for at least 4 years. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. A positive and professional attitude.
