Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Business Development & Solution Selling Develop, implement, and achieve sales and profit targets aligned with the sales plan and AOP goals. Define, analyze, and execute distribution and channel strategies, while managing distribution channels effectively. Manage key accounts (KA) and conduct market visits to drive sales volume and profitability. Oversee and monitor monthly sales forecasts. Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement Marketing and Trade Marketing plans aimed at increasing product solutions, market share, and consumption. Foster the Rich Experience by maintaining clear communication between sales, marketing, trade marketing, and technical teams. Governance Prepare monthly sales reports detailing sales volume, potential opportunities, and client base updates, contributing to the annual planning process. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and products. Support the development and planning process of the Product Life Cycle (PLC). Operate within corporate policies, guidelines, and budgetary requirements. People Management Review and enhance team capabilities by setting performance goals to capitalize on market opportunities and grow accounts, distributors, and wholesalers. Recruit and train suitable candidates for key positions in collaboration with HR, adhering to specified timelines. Ensure completion of people development processes (PDP, IDP, GLD, etc.) within the required timeframe and quality standards. Provide on-the-job coaching to field sales teams. Enhance the skills and capabilities of technical associates to support business growth.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 8+ years of sales/marketing experience in a related industry. At least 8 years of experience in the sales field. A minimum of 3 years in a similar position. Broad experience in local business operations and regional exposure in key or developing markets. Demonstrated success in distributor and key account management. Extensive expertise in leading major negotiations. Proven track record of developing and achieving sales and budget forecasts. Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and listening). Prior experience in a similar industry (food manufacturing or FMCG) is highly preferred. Placed in Surabaya and Sidoarjo
