Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions Conduct on boarding and orientation for new employees Ensure compliance with local, national, and international employment laws and regulations Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance-related issues Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs Conduct salary surveys and recommend adjustments as needed
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent At least 6 year(s) of proven working experience in the international education sector Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to international school Required language(s): English and Mandarin language (will be an advantage)
