Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sales Leadership Report directly to the President Director and align sales efforts with the company’s strategic objectives. Collaborate with the President Director to ensure sales strategies support long-term business goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to leadership. Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability. 2. Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base. Lead negotiations and represent the company in client-facing engagements. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently 3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight Regularly analyze market conditions, client feedback, and competitor activities. Present strategic recommendations to the President Director based on market insights. Identify gaps in the market and propose initiatives to address them. 4. Others Oversee CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accurate tracking of sales opportunities. Supervise and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Other duties as required by Management.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a sales manager for at-least 5 years or 10 years as a assistant manager, preferably in petrochemical industries. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strategic mindset; Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels; Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a team; 4. Hard skills: Proficiency in ERP and Project Management; Sales Forecasting; Product knowledge & industries expertise; Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends. 5. Language: Proficiency in professional English.
