- Able as VM Project Management that able to Manage the end to end project, budgeting, timeline, execution plan and supervision - Design development for Visibility needs, especially for event/campaign - Design merchandising programs (display settings, ongoing promotions/programs, discount programs, management by channel & SKU, quantity and quality of products) implemented in all stores to support maximum sales achievement. - Create attractive visual displays (window displays, signage, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays) that can increase sales. - Coordinate with vendors regarding the availability of quality products that are ready to be supplied for the readiness of the required products to be available on demand and on time. - Evaluate vendors periodically to ensure products ordered are in line with specifications, quality, price and productivity. - Focused on the needs of the watch industry, having personal knowledge or sensitivity to trends and tastes in the industry is a must.
