Responsible for contact the customer, negotiate, provide product explanation to customers by telephone. Respond to incoming sales enquiries received by e-mail, phone, Whatsapp and other primary channels in a timely and professional manner. Provides management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services. Must have demonstrated ability to build extensive pipeline. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers. Ability to work in a team environment to resolve issues and meet client goals. Collecting, controlling and managing all data sales.
