Identify customer’s current and future needs and requirements in order to provide the best products and support Develop and respond to customer’s specific requirements Conduct site surveys and secure input from all necessary parties Plan and prepare presentations that explain products or services to customers Plan and provide quotations according to customer’s requests Make reports for management Coordinate closely with head office, technical department and warehouse to make sure that proposed products and services are possible to deliver Monitor products and services even after installation Reports directly to the general manager and director
