Responsible for carrying out and coordinating everything related to the management of infrastructure devices, systems, networks and operational needs for intranet, internet and internet of things in accordance with company needs Responsible for carrying out the budget management process, vendors, procurement/purchase of goods/services related to services to employees and inventory management in accordance with company procedures and business ethics Assisting the vendors about setup and configuration of Infrastructure and IoT devices Participating in the development of simple infrastructure and IoT applications Conducting routine testing and troubleshooting of infrastructure and IoT systems Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and IoT projects Solving issues/errors/disorders that arise in emergency systems originating from internal and external network systems and end user devices with a minor impact scale. Fulfill requests submitted by users formally (for example: network device needs, end user device needs: notebook/macbook/imac).
