Develop performance for accounts and DB, fostering strong relationships with key account stakeholders, with a primary focus on the Nat SPM channel and medical buyers in designated areas. Resolve issues and complaints from key accounts, specifically within the MTI Medan - Aceh region. Oversee sales and fundamental performance, including sell-in and sell-out achievements, service levels for customers, assortment compliance, in-store execution, and brand activity implementation. Anticipate and adapt to changes and improvements in MTI strategies. Maintain strong partnerships with the distributor’s head office and branch teams, ensuring accurate stock forecasting, balanced stock portfolios, and efficient claim or expense settlements.
