Control and evaluate the implementation of the employee competency-based HR development system in the area. Monitor the accuracy of the HRIS database to ensure employee data is always up to date. Implement & ensure human resources policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and create a positive work environment. Control and evaluate the management system of facilities and infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of activities. Implement and ensure the Management System in the company complies with applicable regulations.
