Minimum Bachelor Degree in technical information background, fresh graduate are welcome but with experience in IT matter Has experience minimum 2,5 years in IT infrastructure (Server and Network) and IT helpdesk Good knowledge to Troubleshoot Server, Network, and PC. and software config Able to work well individually and in a team Having good communication for support matter Capable of handling more than 100 users Having experience with several OS, Windows, Linux and Mac OS
