2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the retail or service industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels Proficiency in handling HR-related software and systems Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
