Lead end-to-end HR strategy & operations including recruitment of top talents, performance measurement management, payroll, and human capital development that align with the company’s objectives; Develop and continuously improve the HR Policy and standard operating procedures of Human Capital Management to enhance productivity and competitiveness; Design an agile organizational structure and competency standards based on business need; Responsible in services of personnel administration management included contract, payroll, compensation, leave, sick, meal and transport expense, BPJS, etc; Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations; Promote a positive and inclusive company culture and provide HR expertise and regular reporting with the leadership to identify and address organisational challenges Oversee general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor management.
