Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Be a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Hold bachelor degree in psychology, business or management Having at least 3 years experience in HR strategic role & Recruitment Preferably from retail or FMCG industries Having strong communication & influencing skills. Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights. Good problem solving & strategic thinking skills Fast paced, agile and continuous improvement mindset Willing to be place at PT Dwitunggal Abadi Permai, outsourcing department from Erajaya Group
