Utilize data-driven methods to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of people development Collaborate with talent management and other departments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making adjustments as necessary. Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years focused on learning development, talent management and people development Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certified People Development Professional (CPDP) is a plus.
