As Single_Point of Contact (SPOC) between branch to HR Division line services i.e. Recruitment, Development Ensure that any HR Division (Strategy, Program) initiatives related to the branch are held in accordance with applicable regulations. Analyze both current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the team’s objective and productivity. Work along with HR Head & Operation to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring. Ensure the organizational structure, job holder, and job descriptions in the branch are always updated and aligned with business needs. Implement all HR initiatives, policies, services, and programs for the respective business, i.e. company values (vision, mission, values), orientation and engagement, and employee experience. Together with other functions in HR and department ambassador, Identify, anticipate, and facilitate change management activities within the business area.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR role, preferably in a hospital or health care Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
