Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT administration or support role, preferably in a similar industry Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows server and desktop operating systems, as well as common software applications Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams Relevant certifications in IT administration, networking, or security would be an advantage
