Needs to maintain a conducive working environment in accordance to Company rules and regulations and ensure local laws are followed. Review, implement and improve all the Standard Operating Procedures related to HR and General Administration. Responsible for all areas of personnel administration covering payroll, employees insurance, leave, meal and transport. Administer the process of Recruitment, Promotion, Movement, Appraisal and Termination of all staff and employees Responsible for General Affairs (security, vehicle and building maintenance transportation, dealing with local government and legal bodies in terms of social and official relations, proper maintenance of assets, and legal documents). Should have experience in handling social compliance and environment audits.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferably in Law. Possess 10 (ten) years working experience in HR Department with last position as HR Manager, preferably in a Garment Industry located in Central Java. Should possess the certification tests conducted by the Manpower Department in Indonesia Should have good communication, negotiation and leadership skills Should be capable of working in a team. Ability to communicate in English is a must.
