• Have minimum 2 year experience as BA/PM/PMO • Skill in SDLC (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/etc) • Skills in Project Planinning, Budgeting, Set Timeline • Skills in BRD, FSD, TSD, MOM, etc • Skills in SIT & UAT • Skills in JIRA / Confluence / Trello / etc • Design Mockup/Prototype • Understand Database & Query • Good English Communication • Has a background of experience in the life insurance or banking industry
