Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks and onboarding. Ensure timely fulfillment of headcount/man power requirements across all company units under PT Sentral Link Solutions Ensure the completeness of candidate data and related recruitment documentation. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures If needed, to plan and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, mass recruitment, etc Prepare monthly recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement Other miscellaneous responsibilities related to HR-Recruitment Department.
Bachelor's degree in Pychology, Legal, Human Resources Management or any related field. Min. 2 years of experience in a recruitment or similar role. Preferably having experience(s) working in IT company or a headhunter. Familiar with recruitment channels such as Jobstreet, Linked-in, headhunter, etc Familiarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices Good communication, interpersonal and analytical thinking skills. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organisational and multitasking, able to efficiently manage time, set priorities, and complete tasks on schedule. Ability to pay attention to details and to identify any issues related to recruitment process and find solutions independently. Ability to work as part of a team and interact with various departments and individuals. Good in English in written or oral is a plus
