Searching candidates via Database (HRIS), Search Engine (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and any other job portal), and references based on Requirements. Using social media to advertise positions, and attract the candidates. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation. Assessing candidates to ensure qualifications match and compatibility. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships. Correctly and completely input data profile candidates in HRIS. Following up candidate while still ongoing process. Report weekly and monthly to Recruitment Manager acknowledged by Team Leader
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Required language: English and Mandarin Proven work experience 1-2 years as a Recruiter/Executive Search/Headhunting specialized in consultant based/agency/outsourcing. HRM/Psychology or the same industry background is a plus point. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (HRIS). Stay in Jakarta area
