Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR training and development role preferably in General Insurance Industry Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training program Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences Strong project management skills and attention to detail Familiarity with adult learning principles and latest training methodologies Proficient in using training-related software and technology Degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
