Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and sales target. Developing proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale. Monitor receivable collection and coordinate with finance to ensure the payment collection from customers are paid on time. Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with customers. Resolving customer service issues by communicating with customers to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs. Prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related filed. Having the ability to giving presentation about building material products, especially waterproofing products to the owner/developer and consultant. Having a good communication with customers. Having wide networking with applicators, contractors, consultants and owner/developers. Fluent in English both oral and written. Willing to be placed at Jakarta.
