Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably within the stone or construction materials industry. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using sales management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of stone products, including types, applications, and market trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites and supplier meetings. Placement in Mangga Dua, Jakarta and Cikupa.
