Minimum Bachelor's (S1) Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the investment or financial services industry. Strong understanding of the retail investment market, including the various investment products, regulations, and customer behaviour. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers. Proficiency in creating compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, using both traditional and digital channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Having WAPERD license is a PLUS.
