Coordinate with users to gather software/system requirements. Conduct software/system analysis and design based on user needs and necessary improvements from existing (manual) processes. Develop the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure project completion within the timeline. Ensure the entire team understands user requirements. Coordinate with the Project Manager to schedule meetings with users at each project phase.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in analyzing and implementing software/systems. Experience in designing software/systems. Preferably experienced in programming integrated software/systems. Preferably has experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry projects. Ability to work effectively in a team. Technical Requirements: Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, task, and backlog management. Experience in project monitoring using Project Management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, etc. Ability to collaborate with the development team to translate business needs into implementable technical specifications. Strong understanding of system analysis with robust programming skills to design, develop, and optimize efficient software solutions.
