Organize and facilitate training programs for employee development. Manage HRIS (Talenta by Mekari) to keep accurate and efficient records. Draft, review, and manage employee contracts in compliance with labor laws. Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives to ensure workplace safety. Administer performance review processes to drive employee growth and alignment with company goals. Address employee complaints and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Act as the main point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries and support. Collaborate across departments to align HR goals with company objectives.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 Years of Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Hands-on experience with payroll management and HRIS systems (Talenta by Mekari or others). Strong skills in organizing and facilitating training programs. Expertise in drafting and managing employee contracts (PKWT/PKWTT). Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. Proficient in handling performance reviews and resolving employee complaints. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other HR-related software.
