Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and optimize costs while ensuring quality standards. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, ERP systems) and data analysis tools. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and resolve supply chain challenges effectively.
