We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Merchandisers to manage the end-to-end process of bag production, from sampling to delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure timely sample development, accurate material ordering, and smooth production flow. Your role is crucial in maintaining product quality, optimizing timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers to understand product requirements. Coordinate sample development and ensure timely approvals. Work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability. Monitor production schedules and follow up to avoid delays. Ensure clear documentation and communication across departments. Maintain quality standards and address issues proactively.
