Monitor & communicate with customer regularly. Control sales, capture customer expectation, capture growing opportunities. Market research and competitor analysis. Problem solve and complaint handling. Monitor supply chain, fenotec resin, non-ferrous crucibles and other location stock. Provide technical support for customers in Indonesia and regional. Other responsibilities as needed.
Min. Bachelor’s in Foundry/ Metallurgical or Mechanical/ Physical/ Industrial engineering from top tier university. Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently). Min. 5 years working of experience as Sales Engineer or Production/Engineer in Foundry Industry, with knowledge in Jobbing Steel-Iron and Non Ferrous Foundry (Engineering-Production), experienced in reaching technical drawing, good understanding in M/E, understanding of ISO 9001. Own SIM A (active). Currently residing in Medan area. Responsible, honest, committed, logical, self motivated, disciplined, creative, assertive, good communication and good presentation skill.
