Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B project sales (hospitality or furniture sector preferred) Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Good network in the hospitality, resort, or design industry Familiar with CRM software and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) Willing to travel for client meetings and project visits Passionate about design, service quality, and client relationships
