Indoor Sales Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Indonesia office general administration matter. · Respond to customer advice and product selection support based on client inquiry. · Prepare and follow up on quotation and sales proposals. · Coordinate with internal departments (Order Handling team, engineering, and logistic) to ensure smooth order processing. · To support Business Development Manager of Indonesia in day-to-day sales activities. · Maintain CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. · Trade receivables follow up. · Involve in marketing event include exhibition and seminars. · To explore potential customer by customer visit. Leads follow up.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred) • Prior experience in a technical sales or customer support role is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Experiences in SAP and Sales Force is preferable. • Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly. • Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skill. • Able to travel overseas for training and business related activities. • Good in English speaking and writing.
