Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics in a sales or business development role. Strong network in the logistics and supply chain industry. Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of domestic & international shipping services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, etc.). Ability to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. Strong leadership skills to manage and support the sales team. Fluent can speak & written English. Fluent can operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc). Can working under pressure.
