Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners. Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries addressed promptly. Sales Strategy and Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate clients and group bookings. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate corporate contracts, bulk bookings, long-term stays, and group rates. Ensure contracts are profitable and align with the hotel's revenue management strategies.
