- Managing and organizing both manual and digital documents. - Creating financial records and sales activity reports. - Supporting sales through tele-sales to drive business growth. - Monitoring and managing stock inventory to keep the sales flow efficient. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. - Analyzing financial data and improving financial procedures. - Assisting with payroll administration and daily record updates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Office, Accounting, or related fields. - Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accurate, and experience with ERP systems is a big plus! - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Familiarity with budgeting and expense management. - Languages: English or any additional foreign language is highly appreciated. - Values: Honesty, agility, and a strong desire to learn and grow
