Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's business objectives Partnering with managers to provide guidance on people-related matters and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations Ensuring the accuracy of employee database and payroll administration Collaborated the employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture Managing the HR team and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organisation Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations Collaborating cross-functionally to drive organisational change and continuous improvement
At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the Business Partner and Generalist HR industry Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws (UU Ciptaker and its supplements), HR best practices and talent management strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels Proficient in HR data analysis, experience in HRIS development would be a plus point Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or a related field
